As the troop paraded into position with military precision, dressed in their full ceremonial uniforms and mounted on perfectly groomed horses, all seemed to be going according to plan. But one horse — placed right near the front — seemed to be having a very different kind of day.
With a swish of its tail and a defiant stomp, the horse began shifting its weight, tossing its head, and even snorting loudly, as if to say, “Not today, humans.” At one point, it turned slightly sideways — breaking formation — and gave its rider a bit of a challenge just to stay in step with the others.
